Point Lobos Day Hike

Point Lobos was on our list of must see parks in California. It is about three miles outside of Carmel (Carmel is only 10 minutes from us). It gets quite busy and there is limited parking so a lot of visitors park along the highway and then walk in. It is primarily a walking/hiking park and it has amazing views. For more information check out: http://pt-lobos.parks.state.ca.us/

We went with a friend of ours (Josh) and his two kids (Alaina & Kennerick). Unfortunately, Josh's wife (Sally) was working that day and couldn't join us. We estimated that we walked four miles along the trails, although I hardly noticed. I can't wait to go back because I know there was much more to see! It was also a bit foggy the day we went so maybe we can go back when it's a bit sunnier :)
